Terms of Service
Effective date: August 5, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Scenario's digital services and OmniChannel application. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Use
The service is intended for businesses and authorized business users. You are responsible for ensuring that people who access the service on your behalf are authorized to do so.
2. Connected Platforms
The service may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, technical limitations, and pricing.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and business information.
- Maintain appropriate permissions and customer consents.
- Use messaging features lawfully and in accordance with platform rules.
- Protect account credentials and user access.
- Not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
4. Messaging and Platform Charges
Third-party platforms may charge fees for messaging or other services. Unless Scenario expressly agrees otherwise in writing, such platform charges are separate from any fees charged by Scenario and remain the responsibility of the relevant business account.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, platform changes, legal requirements, or product development. Third-party integrations may change without Scenario's control.
6. Intellectual Property
Scenario and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, designs, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to users.
7. Customer Content
You retain responsibility for content and data you submit or process through the service. You grant Scenario the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, and display that information to provide the service.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address security risks, or respond to material violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or integrations controlled by other providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scenario will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted here with the effective date.
